However, by submitting content, you grant Podzay a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, distribute, and display your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not claim ownership of your podcast or guest material. You may revoke this licence at any time by removing your content or deleting your account.
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Podzay, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for users in the EEA/UK.
Podzay offers a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan. When purchasing a Pro subscription:
All content, trademarks, branding, and software related to Podzay — excluding user-submitted content — are owned by Podzay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Podzay.
