1 Free Plan

Podzay's core platform is completely free to use. If you are on the Starter (free) plan:

  • No payment is ever required
  • No credit card is stored or charged
  • You may cancel or delete your account at any time at no cost
This policy applies to paid plans only. Free plan users are never subject to any billing terms.

2 Paid Subscriptions

Podzay's Pro plan is available on a monthly or annual basis. The following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
  • Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • You will receive an email reminder before any renewal charge
  • Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record

3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full Pro access until that period ends
  • After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the free Starter plan
  • To cancel: go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email hello@podzay.com
⚠️ Annual Plans: If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain Pro access until the end of your paid year. Partial-year refunds are not provided unless the request is made within 7 days of the charge (see Section 4).

4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: Requests made within 7 days of a charge are eligible for a full refund
  • Accidental Renewal: If charged after forgetting to cancel, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
  • Technical Issues: If a verified platform error prevented you from using the service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
  • Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate billing will be fully refunded immediately upon verification
How to request a refund: Email hello@podzay.com with your account email, charge date, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
  • Partial use of a subscription period (unless a verified technical fault occurred)
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal, beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Podzay's Terms & Conditions

6 Changes to This Policy

Podzay reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
