Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 Membership & Subscription

Podzay is offered as a single all-access membership. The following terms apply to all subscribers:

• Membership is billed on a monthly basis
• Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You will receive an email reminder before any renewal charge
• Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record

2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Podzay subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to all features until that period ends
• After your access period expires, your account will be deactivated and platform features will no longer be available until you resubscribe
• To cancel: go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email hello@podzay.com

3 Refund Policy

Podzay's payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). As a consumer, you are entitled to the following rights:

• 14-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any reason
• Same Payment Method: All refunds are returned to the original payment method used — no fees are charged to you for the reimbursement
• Prompt Processing: Refunds are processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation request
• Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate billing will be fully refunded immediately upon verification

4 Changes to This Policy

Podzay reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
